An age old approach to processing livestock, without the stress of hauling and corralling. NE Mobile Slaughter comes to your farm and dispatches your animal. After a quick job of skinning and eviscerating, we haul your animal to the shop of your choice to be butchered. Stress free, humane and easy.
Slaughter can be a messy strenuous job, we take that load off of you. We ask that your animal is penned up and ready to go when we arrive. If unable to pen animal, please be sure you have a tractor or machine to pull the animal from its place of death. For Vermont, we cannot take by-product (hide/guts). We ask that you have a place ready for disposal. For Connecticut, a charge of $20 per beef or $10 per other will be added when you pick up from butcher.
Connor is a New England native with a passion for agriculture and sustainable meat. He has over 5 years of experience in Oregon learning the selective skills required for butchering/slaughter. With experiences in both custom-exempt and USDA, along with hand full of mobile slaughter set ups. He is eager to bring his knowledge to his home in the North East.
